Description Metlink is looking at all train stations to ensure they provide customers with a safe, comfortable place to wait for their train. One of the stations getting an upgrade is the Ngauranga Station building which is being upgraded with a new waiting area to keep customers dry and comfortable in harsh weather conditions. Customer Impact During the project, customers will need to use the temporary shelter that has been constructed.

Metrics for performance On this page, you will find some key metrics that we use to monitor the performance of our Metlink network. The way we measure performance varies by mode, reflecting the different environments in which buses and trains operate. Patronage graphs are updated weekly, punctuality and reliability graphs are updated fortnightly, and other metrics are updated and published to this page monthly.
