Lost property on a bus
Metlink has several bus operators and depots where lost property can end up. Fill in the lost property form, and we'll pass the message to the right people to look for your item. If they find your item, they’ll get in touch with you directly.
Lost property on the train
Items found anywhere on the Metlink rail network are sent to the Customer Service kiosk at Wellington Station. Fill in the lost property form, and we'll pass the message to the staff there. Lost property is held for 7 days, then depending on the item, forwarded to the Police, unless someone has called up to claim the item before picking it up.
