Disputing a Public Transport Infringement Notice

Warranted Transport Officers have been given designated authority by New Zealand Police to help ensure that the terms and conditions of travel are followed on our public transport services.

If you have received an infringement notice and believe it was issued in error or there are circumstances which we should consider rescinding the notice under, you can use this form to request a review of your issued infringement.

All disputes will be reviewed under our Dispute Resolution Policy [Link when available].
