If you have a SuperGold card, tick "I have a SuperGold card" in the question above.

If you are over 65 years of age, but don't have a SuperGold card, you will pay the Adult fare, unless you are eligible for another concession. This also applies if you don't have your SuperGold card with you when you travel.

Free off-peak transport is not available to Australian Seniors Card cardholders or other overseas equivalents of the SuperGold card. If you reside in New Zealand, see the SuperGold website for information about eligibility and applying for a SuperGold card.

You need a green Snapper card to apply for this pass.

This pass doesn't automatically apply to your green Snapper. Even if you already have a green Snapper, you need to apply for this pass to ride for free. Under 13 Free Pass expires every 6 months and needs to be renewed, or the regular Child Fare will apply.

When travelling on Metlink buses and trains, if you forget to tag off, you will be charged a default fareFor the ferry, collect a Free Pass from staff onboard or from Queens Wharf.

If you also have a Te Hunga Whaikaha Total Mobility card, your carer travels with you for free, just show the driver your TM card.

Anyone with both a Te Hunga Whaikaha Total Mobility Card and an Under 13 Free Pass rides free by tagging on their Green Snapper card, and their carer can ride with them for free by showing the driver the Te Hunga Whaikaha Total Mobility Card.

You qualify for both the Child Fare and the Accessible Concession. To get your best fare, tag on with your green Snapper card to get the Child Fare (75% discount). Show your Te Hunga Whaikaha Total Mobility card to the driver so that your carer can travel with you for free.

red snapperIf you already have a red Snapper card that you use for an existing child concession, this will also automatically apply, and you don't need to buy a new green card. Just remember to carry your ID with you.
