Community Services cardholder request for free Snapper card

Order your free Snapper card for your Community Connect Concession 

Community Services Card holders can get one free Snapper card to make it easier to apply for the Community Connect Concession. We have a limited number to share across the Wellington region. 

Free Snapper cards (with no value added) will be sent in the post to any eligible Community Services cardholders who do not yet have a Snapper card.

If you need help filling out this form, please call the Metlink Contact Centre on 0800 801 700.

Once you receive your Snapper card, you can apply for the Community Connect Concession by calling Metlink on 0800 801 700 or online at Snapper’s website(external link).
