General Perception

In general, how do the new screens compare to the old-style screens?

Text on the Displays

Screen graphics are designed to meet accessibility requirements for colour contrast and clarity. The appearance of text size depends on how close someone is to the screen. We've aimed for a balance between the amount of information and the text size within the screen area.

How satisfied are you with the legibility of the text on the screen?

Trip Information

A variety of information layouts are being tested, including sorting departures by stop and by service type, and showing the next several departures for a particular route grouped together. New functionality of live maps showing approaching vehicles is used on screens with enough space to do so. Service alerts now show on the screens with more detailed information.

How easy was it to find your trip information?
How helpful was it to see your bus or train's location on the map?

Service Alerts

Detailed information of relevant service alerts now show on the screens. Unfortunately, we're not yet able to show buses replacing trains departure times on the screens, our website or our app, due to limitations with our data publishing systems.

How easy was it to use the service alert information?

Problems

Did you notice any problems with the screen? If so, make sure you fill in the first question on this form about which stop or station you were at, so we can get it fixed.
Which screen was this happening?
