Due to recent changes to fares and travel due to COVID-19, we are refunding monthly rail passes for April, May and June only. You can submit up to three (3) monthly passes on each refund claim.

Complete the online form below and your refund will be processed within 30 working days. Refunds can only be credited to a NZ bank account, and not to a credit card.

To ensure we refund you correctly, you will need to provide all of the the following items:

  • An image from your bank statement or snap shot from your online banking confirming the bank account you would like to be refunded to.
  • An image of the April, May, or June rail pass you have purchased, clearly showing ticket type and ticket number. 
  • Proof of purchase: An image of the receipt or bank statement (this can be a snap shot from your online banking) showing when the pass was purchased and how much you paid.

Bank Account Details

For security purposes, your bank account details will be secured in our financial system which will be used for processing your payment. We will destroy the bank details from your online form once your payment has successfully been processed.
