Every year Greater Wellington Regional Council commissions an independent survey of Metlink's customers’ experiences of public transport in the region.

This year a new survey was conducted to meet the New Zealand Transport Agency new reporting guidelines. Below you will find a snapshot of the highlights of the survey results.
