Public Transport Customer Satisfaction
Each year Greater Wellington Regional Council commissions an independent surveys of Metlink's customers’ experiences of public transport in the region. As well as meeting our reporting requirements for the New Zealand Transport Agency, the surveys helps us identify and prioritise improvements to the Metlink customer experience.
Last year we undertook surveys in May and November so we could understand the impact of the changes that were introduced in mid-2018. Below you will find copies of the survey results.
