Please provide us with as much information as possible, for example, route, date, time and direction of service. In some circumstances, we may not be able to investigate an issue / incident without sufficient information.
Your feedback will be logged into our system and the appropriate person will get back to you. We may need to refer your feedback to the transport operator (bus, train or ferry) and they will respond to you.
