Take public transport - it's easy!

To Wellington Hospital

A: From Wellington Station
Take a route 1, 10, 11, 43/44 or 23 bus (weekends only) directly to Wellington Hospital.
From other locations in Wellington City, please contact Metlink on 0800 801 700 for assistance, or use the Metlink Journey Planner.

B: From Queensgate
Take a route 83 or 91 bus to Wellington Station, and then see section A above.

C: From any Hutt Valley train station
Take a Tranz Metro train to Wellington Station, and then see section A above.

D: From Porirua Station
Take a route 60 bus or a Tranz Metro train to Wellington Station, and then see section A above.

E: From Paraparaumu Station
Take a route 285 bus (weekday peak times only) or a Tranz Metro train to Wellington Station, and then see section A above.

F: From Johnsonville
Take a number 52, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58 or 60 bus or a Tranz Metro train to Wellington Station, and then see section A above.

To Kenepuru Hospital

G: From Porirua Station
Take a route 59 or 60 bus directly to Kenepuru Hospital.

H: From Paraparaumu Station
Take a Tranz Metro train to Porirua Station, and then see section G above.

I: From Wellington Station
Take a route 60 bus directly to Kenepuru Hospital or take a Tranz Metro train to Porirua Station, and then see section G above.

To Hutt Hospital

J: From Queensgate
Take a route 91, 110, 120 or 121 (weekdays only) bus directly to Hutt Hospital. Please note, some buses only run on weekdays or alternate trips to the hospital. Please check timetables for the day you are travelling.

K: From Waterloo Station
Take a route 121 bus directly to Hutt Hospital (weekdays only).

L: From Epuni Station
Epuni Station is approximately a 10 minute walk to Hutt Hospital. Please check train timetables as not all services stop at Epuni Station.

M: From Upper Hutt Station
Take a route 91 or 110 bus directly to Hutt Hospital. Please check timetables for the day you are travelling.

N: From Wellington Station
Take a route 91 bus directly to Hutt Hospital. Please check timetables for the day you are travelling.
Take a route 83 or 91 bus to Queensgate, and then see section J above.
Take a Tranz Metro train to Waterloo Station, and then see section K above.

O: From Wairarapa
Take a Tranz Metro train to Waterloo Station, and then see section K above, or to Upper Hutt Station, and then see section M above.

Getting on and off buses and trains

Buses: Many of the buses in the Metlink network now have easy access low floors, and many will 'kneel' for you, making it easier to get on and off.
