RSS feeds


You can now subscribe to RSS feeds from the Metlink website. This allows  you to view service updates for the routes you choose.

Subscribing to the feed will allow you to use a feed reader to quickly check for new updates without visiting the Metlink website.

Most newer web browsers include feed readers, for example;

  •     Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 and above
  •     Opera
  •     Safari 2.0 and above

To subscribe with your web browser:

  • Go to http://www.metlink.org.nz/rss-subscription
  • Click on the drop down arrows next to a mode to show routes for that mode.
  • Tick the routes you want to subscribe to.
  • Click the 'Go' button.
  • You will see the summary of service updates which apply to the routes you have chosen.
  • Click on the 'Subscribe' button and follow the instructions from your browser.

Feeds in your web browser are normally accessible from the 'bookmarks' menu or 'favourites centre'.
