There are several ways of making contact with the team at Metlink, depending on your needs.

Need information about travel?

Call the Metlink information line on 0800 801 700. This service is our primary public contact point, our staff will help you plan any public transport trip within our region. Metlink staff can also offer assistance if you have any questions about the journey planner section of our website.

Operating hours for the Metlink information line are Monday to Saturday 7.00am till 9.00pm, Sundays and public holidays 8.00am till 8.00pm.

Timetables are available from the ground floor of the Greater Wellington Regional Council at 142-146 Wakefield Street, Wellington. You can also view a list of all timetable stockists
